The approach
Creative Practice Lab brings Karaca Erdem's work in capacity building, design, production and organizational development into a shared approach. Product development is considered alongside production capacity and market conditions; learning and capacity-building activities are connected to how an organization works in practice.
The scope of each assignment reflects the need and the conditions for implementation. Research, design, learning and coordination are brought into the work where relevant. Specialist contributions, responsibilities and expected outputs are defined within the project scope.
